How do I start shopping?

Simply open up an account and get started. All transactions are paid by credit card.

How do I get the products I purchased?

Products are either shipped directly to you or they can be picked up to you locally. On each item page is indicated a method of delivery or pick up under Delivery. In that same area is also a description of how long delivery takes for an item to arrive at your door.

Are products returnable?

In most cases sales are final. However, in some special cases products may be exchanged or replaced. The product profile page will indicate the policy on that particular item.

What should I do if the item arrives damaged?

Damaged items are covered under shipping insurance policies and will generally be replaced at no cost to you.

What does Big Saving Source charge me to sell?

Big Saving Source charges 10% of the sale price.

What is required to sell products?

Big Saving Source only shares products that are guaranteed to be the lowest price anywhere. If you wish to sell through us you must guarantee that you are not offering the same products for a lower price anywhere else. In addition, you will need to create a seller profile and a product profile. The seller profile talks about who you are. The product profile should include Photo, description, pricing and shipping expectations.

What is the seller or product feedback report?

Feedback is provided by our users to identify the best sellers and stores to do business with.

How do I get paid?

Payment can be made to you by check or money transfer into your bank account directly. Big Saving Source pay out requires you to have a minimum $50.00.

Is there a limit to how many products I can sell under my membership?

No. You can offer as many products as you wish.
